Best Places for Singles in Seattle

Seattle was deemed a great place for singles by Sperling's Best Places. Here's our list of what makes it so.

1. A Great Singles Lounge. Try Amber Seattle, a multi-level lounge that's warm and inviting, offering Northwest dishes and cocktails. Don't forget to check out their happy hour for discount drinks.

2. A Swanky Hotel Bar. The W Hotel in Seattle has won quite a few awards for their hotel bar, which is known for its drinks and a great atmosphere for mingling singles.

3. Nightclubs. Our best pick has to be Trinity Nightclub, for its two large dance floors and comfortable lounge. 

4. Billiards Club. At Belltown Billiards, you have pool, drinks, Italian food, and lots of late-night dancing with great DJs. No wonder it's always packed.




5. Trendy Martinis. Tini Bigs has 27 variations in a trendy space with black walls and pink lights. 

6. Not a Drinker? Try Coffee. Cafe Solstice in the University District has great espresso, wine, free wi-fi, a great selection of loud music, and intellectual discussions. Catch a live band there, and stay late to mingle.

7. A Grocery Store? It's true. Meet other singles while grabbing a bite to eat at your local Whole Foods (there are several in the city and a couple on the Eastside). They also offer classes, wine tasting events, and coffee tasting events (check their website for times/days), where you can cook or taste, and mingle.
